We are delighted to announce that, on 3rd March 2018, Oceaneering International Inc. purchased the entire share capital of Ecosse Subsea Limited (operating as Ecosse Subsea Systems Limited). We are excited about this acquisition and the opportunities that it will bring. It has been driven by our determination to extend the portfolio of products and services which we can offer to you, our customer base.

Oceaneering’s innovation, our investment in products and services, together with our company culture, is centred around our clients’ needs and by a commitment to deliver solutions which allows all of our clients to execute efficient projects.
