Ecosse Subsea have a pool of experienced and highly competent Senior Engineers and Offshore Client Representatives who have experience in all aspects of subsea construction activities and onshore site representation including procedure development / review and offshore representation and report writing. Specific emphasis is placed on Ecosse Subsea's expertise in the field of Subsea trenching and burial projects and its knowledge of existing tooling.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT
Ecosse Subsea hold and have applied for a number of patents relating to the Subsea oil and gas and marine industries. We are also continually developing innovative technology and methodology specifically in relation to Subsea trenching and burial systems and pipe spooling technology, further more we recognise the need to align with our customers requirements and strategic goals. Ecosse Subsea have strong relationships with leading Subsea contractors and have a reputation for developing and delivering new technology to the market.
COMMERCIAL / CONTRACT MANAGEMENT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Ecosse Subsea have the capability to provide Commercial and Contract management services in support of projects both at the pre award stage and during project execution. This includes subcontract evaluation , contractual negotiations and contract drafting. In addition ESS are focused on developing dispute resolution services into our clients and contractual advise relating to claims. Ecosse Subsea can offer expert advice/representation in relation to litigation and ADR processes predominantly relating to pipelay and trenching and burial disputes.

We regularly provide project support to both operators and leading Subsea contractors in terms of tender evaluation, procedure preparation and review, risk management and overall project management and technical engineering services.
